Winter 2012 Registration Form
Payment:
You will type in the amount $155 for Nenes and $170 for Chicos or $139.50 for Nenes discount and $153 for Chicos discount (see “Schedule & Fees” page for discount details).
If you wish to pay via check, make check payable to María Giraldo Greene,
print-out the registration form and mail check with the registration form to:
2136 N. Quebec Street, Arlington, VA 22207.

General Deadline: January 16, 2012
All registrants will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. The best way to secure a spot is to submit your registration form and payment as early as possible. We will accept registrations past the deadline and after the session begins as long as there is room available in the playgroups. There are no prorated fees for late registrations.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given to registrants who are not placed in a playgroup because a playgroup has met maximum capacity or a playgroup has not met the minimum capacity. All other refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. The cost of materials and a $10 processing fee are nonrefundable. No refund will be given after completing the second week of the session.
